A quick look at few of the extremely famous American Classic cars after the Second World War. You will know how the American car designers adopted the evolving market and changed these models and their designs.

During the 1950s, radical changes were seen in the American automobile industry. The post-World War II age showcased a wide range of brand new technologies to the car buyer. This also created, many problems for the independent automobile giants. The industry matured by using rapid technological change; mass production could be seen which brought benefits from economies of scale leading to innovative designs and good money. The time of small independent auto companies was virtually over.
